President and Co-Owner of Millenium Staffing Services, Donna Lattanzio is a native New Yorker with nearly twenty-four years of staffing industry experience. Educated in Queens, New York, Donna began her career in the advertising division of Columbia Pictures before moving on to receive her Series 7 License to sell financial products for Integrated Resources. After the collapse of the market she was hired by Cosmopolitan Personnel Systems where her internship into the world of staffing officially began.
In 1987 Donna and two partners formed Champion Personnel, and in 2001, she joined forced with Jennifer DeHaven to create Las Vegas based Millenium Staffing, which has gained national and local recognition (include link to awards and recognition). As President of Millenium Staffing Services, Donna is responsible for financial planning, overseeing accounting and legal divisions, and is very active in the daily sales and operations management. Donna currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nevada Staffing Association as Treasurer and Chair of Philanthropy. She is heavily involved in the community and donates her time and resources to various charities and organizations within the community.

Jennifer DeHaven has had a strong impact within the staffing industry and local community for the past fifteen years. In 2001, she joined forces with Donna Lattanzio to launch Las Vegas based Millenium Staffing Services (certified 100% woman-owned). Since the firm’s inception, Jennifer and her team have garnered both national and local recognition.
Over the years, Jennifer has been generous with her time by being actively involved with numerous community services and professional organizations. As President of the Nevada Staffing Association, the association has garnered numerous national awards from the American Staffing Association. She has been instrumental in creating awareness of the critical role temporary employees have in the workforce.

Manette joined Millenium Staffing in 2005 as Payroll Specialist. Since then, she has been promoted to different positions, including Payroll Manager, General Accounting Manager, and now, Senior General Accounting and Operations Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day office management of the company, handles accounts payable, human resources, worker's comp and quality control, oversees payroll and billing, and assists with audits, budgeting and financial planning.
Prior to Millenium, Manette gained staffing experience as Case Manager for LifeStyle Options, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL. She was then offered a Payroll & Billing Supervisor position with the same company in 2002.
Manette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Philippines.

Debbie has been with Millenium Staffing since early 2009 where she currently serves as Branch Manager. Debbie has over 16 years of staffing industry experience ranging from on-site management to business development. Her background in recruiting, operations, business development and customer service enable her to service our clients and associates at the highest level.
Prior to joining the Millenium team, Debbie was most recently the Branch Manager at the Eastridge Group in Las Vegas. She also has recruiting and staffing experience from her tenure in Southern California. Debbie’s ability to treat all clients and temporary employees with respect and appreciation truly sets her apart from others in the staffing industry.

Cottia Bender started her Staffing career in 1995 working for a local independent Boutique Staffing Firm “The Matrix Group”. She started out as a Staffing Specialist placing temporary Clerical/Accounting Professionals and within a year moved into the world of Direct Hire.
That following year a large national company “Staffmark” bought The Matrix Group and Cottia found herself doing Executive Search on a national and international level. She worked for Staffmark for over 14 years receiving multiple awards and top recruiting honors. She also helped them open and manage an Executive Search Division based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
After a successful 14 year career Cottia left Staffmark and became the Managing Director for Professional Staffing at Manpower Inc. of Southern Nevada. She worked there for over two years developing their Professional Division before leaving to join the Millenium Executive Search Group.
Cottia has served on the Nevada Staffing Association’s Board for the past 5 years as Membership Chair, Secretary, Vice President and President. She is also active on a national level with the American Staffing Association, serving as The Vice Chairman for the ASA Convention in Las Vegas, and as the Vice Chairman and Chairman for the Professional Division of the ASA.

Michelle was recruited to work for Millenium Staffing in 2004 where she began her career as a staffing specialist. Since then, she has filled many roles, including Human Resource Specialist, and now, Staffing Manager. Michelle coordinates all scheduling and hiring of temporary employees for the Convention & Meeting Services division. She maintains professional relationships and interacts with clients in this division as well.
