Safety First

As our employee, your safety and well being is very important to all of us at Millenium Staffing Services and to our clients where you are assigned to work. We work very closely with our clients to follow safety programs set forth by OSHA.

Safety training: We orient our employees with a complete OSHA General Safety Training. This training includes a video, safety booklet, recap and quiz; our client will provide specific job-site training that addresses the specific hazards of the particular job. Our client supervisors will be responsible for providing appropriate supervision per the position.

Workplace Injuries: If our employee is injured on the job:

1. Administer first aid, as necessary. If it is an emergency, then we ask
   that the client supervisor call 911.
   
   
2. Our employee, if able, must call our office immediately, or if after
   hours, they must call one of our 24/7 lines: 702 252 5350 or
   702 252 5355 . If ouremployee is not able to complete this call,
   than the client supervisor should. This call needs to happen prior
   to seeking treatment.
   
   
3. Our Operations/Safety Manager will take a statement from the
   injured employee to determine the extent of the injury.
   
   
4. If needed, we will authorize that the employee be sent to the clinic
   for treatment.
   
   
5. Our employee, if sent to the clinic, will be drug-screened; this is
   part of our standard risk management program.
   
   
6. If appropriate, after treatment, our employee can return back to
   their assignment.
   
   
7. An Accident Investigation Report will be completed by our Safety
   Team. This report includes on-site inspections and witness
   statements.

   Safety First: We conduct safety surveys and tours prior to sending
   our temporaries to work on-site at our client's locations. We
   continually follow-up with safety tours, and we offer our clients
   safety training, tips, and safety evaluations. Please click on the
