Jennifer DeHaven has had a strong impact within the staffing industry and local community for the past twenty years.  Under her direction, Millenium Staffing has won numerous local and national awards for its exceptional performance and has expanded to include five different areas of staffing expertise.

Jennifer believes in the pursuit of continuous improvement. She constantly strives to provide ultimate quality to her clients while providing her thousands of temporary & internal employees with fair wages, good benefits and a place to call home. She is a strong believer in giving back to those in need in our community through the firm’s Circle of Care program.

Jennifer has an active voice in the Las Vegas community. Under her direction as President of the Nevada Staffing Association (currently and for the past 4 years), the organization has garnered numerous national awards & recognition from the American Staffing Association. Her recent appointment to the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance Board of Directors allows her to influence change for Nevada employment today and in the future.  She enjoys being on the Board of Directors for Safe Nest for the past six years and has earned high recognition in the community for her many contributions there.

Jennifer’s previous staffing experience includes: Area Sales Manager for Corestaff Services (where she received many national awards), Regional Director for Select Personnel, and Executive Officer for Predix, Inc. She holds a bachelor of science in Business from Indiana University and attended George Washington University for a MBA in Marketing/Business.

Fun Facts: Jennifer studied and lived in the Netherlands as a pioneer for the business school at Indiana University (specifically to study the European Economic Community (EEC)).

As a frustrated empty-nester (2 daughters study/live in California), she has filled her home with 3 dogs and a very brave cat.
